Miller County Arkansas
- Fouke School District – Closed
- Genoa School District – Closed
- Texarkana Arkansas School District – As of 9:30 p.m. regular start time.
Bowie County Texas
- Pleasant Grove – No decision made as of 8:45 p.m.
- TISD – Still on for regular start time as of 8:50 p.m.
- New Boston – 10 a.m. start
- Malta – 10 a.m. start
- Simms – 10 a.m. start
- Hubbard ISD – 10 a.m. start
- Redwater ISD – 10 a.m. start
- Maud – 10 a.m. start
- Texarkana College – ALL DAY AND NIGHT CLASSES CANCELED
- Texas A&M Texarkana – ALL CLASSES CANCELED TODAY
As of 8:40 pm, Feb. 22, the Red River Army Depot is open for business as normal.
