Texarkana Texas Police Department need your help again. Does anyone know who this young lady is? She was involved in the theft of a Rolex watch from a local jewelry store last Friday.
According to witnesses, she got into a gold older model 4-door car that had a white male driver and a black female passenger when she left the store. She is believed to be in her mid-20’s and had some type of bump or growth on the right side of her face.
