Texarkana, Texas Voters Approve Beer and Wine Sales

Texarkana, Texas voters went to the polls Tuesday to decide on off premise alcohol sales in the city limits.

Residents approved the sale of beer and wine with 4,086 or 54% of people voting for and 3,392 or 46% against.
