Dale was born on June 12, 1961, in Texarkana, Texas, and lived in Genoa most of his life.
In his earlier years, he worked as a butcher for several businesses, including Union Supply, Piggly Wiggly, and P & S Meats. He found his greatest happiness in being surrounded by those he loved. His love, guidance, and devotion to his family will be remembered and cherished for generations to come.
