Patsy "Pat" Marie Stewart

June 14, 1938 – September 10, 2026

Patsy “Pat” Marie Stewart, age 88, of Texarkana, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Mrs. Pat was born on June 14, 1938, in Texarkana, Arkansas, and was a lifetime resident of Texarkana. Mrs. Stewart retired from Texarkana National Bank after many years of dedicated service. She later continued her career at Church on the Rock, where she faithfully served for twenty years before retiring. Her strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to others were evident throughout her life. Mrs. Pat was always eager to share the love of Jesus with those around her, offering encouragement, kindness, and compassion to all. Her faith and love for others will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. She had a quiet and gentle nature and was deeply devoted to her family. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment with those she loved. She always wore a smile and offered a kind word to everyone she met. Mrs. Pat was a faithful and loyal member of Church on the Rock. She was known by her family and church family as “Momma Pat”- a cherished name that will always be remembered. She also loved the Arkansas Razorbacks and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She enjoyed cheering on her teams and sharing those exciting moments with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Stewart, her son, Randy Stewart, and her sister, Bobby Beck.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Dana and David Phillips of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ricky Stewart of Texarkana, Texas; Rusty and Carol Stewart of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sisters, Peggy Woods of Texarkana, Arkansas; Donna Stone of Texarkana, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Daniel Stewart, Tiffany Hamilton, Miranda Stanley, Lauren Phillips, Stewart Phillips and Austin Stewart; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and a host of friends and other relatives.

A Celebration of Pat’s life will be on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11 AM at Church on the Rock, with Pastor John Miller officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:30 P.M. at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
