Ben’s Heart Ministry kicked off Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, with their Honor Guard helping to ensure the World War I Memorial and the Korea/Vietnam Memorial Wall in Texarkana look their very best by replacing vibrant, high-quality American, POW/MIA, and state flags.

Today, Memorial Day, Bens Heart Ministry will start their 22-mile walk at 6 AM at the Vietnam and Korean Memorial on Stateline. They will be walking intermittently between Memorial Day services with a goal of completing 22 miles by the end of the day. This is an honor of the 22 veterans on average who lose their battle with PTSD every day.
