From one dump trailer to a regional fleet, Just Us Dumping builds a Texarkana business on family and service

TEXARKANA – What began with one dump trailer and a determination to build something meaningful has grown into one of the Texarkana area’s most recognized locally owned dumpster rental companies.

Collin Carlile started Just Us Dumping Services in August 2024 with the support of his wife, Morgan, and their daughter, Elaina. The idea was simple: provide reliable dumpster rental service, answer the phone, show up when promised, and treat every customer with honesty and respect.

Collin handled deliveries, pickups, scheduling, billing, marketing and customer service while continuing to work and provide for his family. There were long days, late nights and plenty of lessons learned along the way, but word quickly spread about the company’s dependable service and willingness to take care of its customers.

Just Us Dumping has since grown from that single dump trailer into a fleet of more than 30 dumpsters and multiple trailers. The company now serves homeowners, contractors, roofing companies, property managers, businesses and industrial customers throughout Northeast Texas, Southwest Arkansas, Southeast Oklahoma and Northwest Louisiana.

The company provides dumpster rentals for home cleanouts, remodeling projects, roofing jobs, construction sites, commercial work, estate cleanups and long term projects, with several sizes available depending on the needs of the job.

One of the company’s proudest accomplishments is earning more than 200 five-star Google reviews from customers throughout the region. Collin says those reviews mean more than growth. Each one represents a customer who trusted a local business and was satisfied with the service they received.

“Anybody can rent someone a dumpster, but we want people to remember how we treated them,” Collin said. “We try to communicate, be dependable, and do what we say we are going to do. Our customers are the reason we have been able to grow.”

Giving back has also become an important part of the business. Just Us Dumping has donated services, supported local organizations, sponsored community events, worked with other small businesses, and provided dumpsters and cleanup assistance for projects throughout the Texarkana area. The company recently supported the Texarkana Airshow by providing dumpsters and service for the event, and it has backed local festivals, contractors, first responders, veterans, teachers and community organizations.

Collin says the business has always been about more than making money. His goal is to build something his family can be proud of, create opportunities for others, and show his daughter what can happen when someone is willing to work hard and stay committed. Morgan has supported the business throughout its growth, and Collin says every new customer, dumpster and opportunity is another step toward building a lasting future for their family.
