Boomerang Carwash Robbed While Opening Saturday Morning

According to Texarkana, Texas Police Department Boomerang Carwash on Richmond Rd. was robbed about 6:30 a.m. while a worker was opening the store.

According to police radio traffic a masked man hit the worker in the back of the head. The suspect is an unknown race male, 5’8″ – 5’10”, 150-170lbs wearing a dark hoodie with a white emblem, red pants, white shoes. He was also wearing a mask and gloves at the time of the robbery.

According to Police the suspect order the employee into the business and made him turn off the alarm. The suspect left with an unknown amount of money from the safe.

The incident is still being investigated.

As of noon Saturday Boomerang Carwash was still closed.
