Texarkana Police Renew Appeal For Tips In 2019 Double Homicide

TEXARKANA, Texas — Texarkana Texas Police detectives are again asking the public for help solving the 2019 killings of a man and a woman found shot to death inside a home on Connella Street.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Connella Street at 10:43 p.m. and found Endsley Robinson III, 38, of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Patrice Danielle Williams, 34, of Texarkana, Texas, dead inside the residence. Both had been shot.

Detectives worked through the night. The bodies were sent to Dallas for autopsies. Investigators said at the time that they had not determined a motive.

Seven years later, no one has been arrested.

Police said detectives have continued to work the case in the years since, conducting interviews, following up on tips and reviewing evidence repeatedly. They have not been able to determine who was responsible.

“Sometimes the smallest detail or a piece of information that may not seem important can make a difference,” the department said in a statement. “If you know something about this case, we need to hear from you.”

Anyone with information can call the Texarkana Texas Police Department at 903-798-3116. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP or at www.p3tips.com. Crime Stoppers tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.

Police said the families of Williams and Robinson have waited long enough for answers.
