Gladys Louise Dial, age 77, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, July 18, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on April 15, 1949, in Vivian, Louisiana, Gladys was the daughter of Lucinda and Mack Brown. She lived a life centered on kindness, compassion, and love for her family and friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and had a generous heart that touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Gladys dedicated many years of her career as a grocery store manager in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She took great pride in her work and especially enjoyed the friendships she built through her daily interactions with coworkers and customers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucinda and Mack Brown, and her son, Gary Lyn Moore.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Curtis Moore of Texarkana, Arkansas; her brother, Tommy Brown of Texarkana, Arkansas; her sister, Tracy Brown Fisher; and her beloved granddaughter, Heather Marie Marcell, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
