Judy “Meme” Hartsfield Kinsey, (81) of Hooks, TX, died January 18th, 2026 at Christus St. Michaels Hospital.
Mrs. Judy Kinsey was born January 08, 1945 in Stamps, AR to Johnny Map Hartsfield and Ruby Louise Hartsfield. Judy was a loving wife, mother, Meme, and friend whose joy was keeping her family connected, cared for, and covered in prayer. One of her greatest expressions of love was cooking for her family. She is fondly remembered for her unwavering cards, calls, and messages to all of her family. She was a devoted long-time member and servant of First Church of Red Lick. Her nurturing and comforting character was a blessing to countless lives and a legacy that will long outlive her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, and one step grandson.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Joe Kinsey; two daughters: Sundee (Allen) Juenemann of Bismark, AR, and Kellee ( Bruce) Condit of Hooks, TX; four grandsons: Jason (Diane) Moore of Hooks, TX, Joshua (Lauren) Moore of Texarkana, TX, Corbin (Kristen) Holliday of Hooks, TX, and Marcus Roberts of Hot Springs, AR; one granddaughter: Lynsey Moore of Hot Springs, AR; one step granddaughter: Kimmie Condit of Texarkana, TX; eight great-grandchildren: Caroline, Jacquelyn, Raina, Rya, Shaylee, Kynlee, Kyndal, and Elena; three step great-grandchildren: Von, Tonya, and Michael; six step great-great-grandchilderen: Callie, Cash, Devon, Meagan, Lola, Magnolia, and Heidi; two brothers: David (Derinda) Hartsfield and Mark (Crystal) Hartsfield; three brothers in law: Sidney (Dean) Kinsey, Leo Jr. (Mary) Kinsey, and Otto (Dianna) Kinsey; one sister in law: Rita Windham; one special nephew: John Brad Hartsfield; and countless other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
