Margaret was born Saturday April 17,1948 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Royce Wendell Musgrove and Ella Jane Hudson Musgrove. She was a 1967 graduate of Texas High School and was a lifelong resident of Texarkana, Texas.

Margaret was employed at Red River Army Depot in Hooks, Texas. During her employment at Red River Army Depot she became division leader while working for DLA, a division of military transport for the Department of the Army. Her work assignments included significant efforts during Operation Desert Storm.

Margaret was preceded in death by her father Royce W. Musgrave and her mother Ella Jane Musgrove, her father-in-law Trumon A. Hamill and mother-in-law Alma Christine Hamill.

She is survived by her husband Truman Paul Hamill of Texarkana, Texas. Margaret has one sister, Cindy Musgrove Allen of Texarkana, Texas and her husband Dennis Allen. Her 2 daughters, April Hamill Windham of Texarkana, Texas and her husband Tony Windham and Alicia Hamill McDaniel of Texarkana, Arkansas and her husband Aaron McDaniel. Margaret has one nephew Timothy Allen of Southaven, Mississippi. She leaves behind her 3 grandsons and their families: Taylor Windham and his wife Keaton Windham, Davis McDaniel, and Landry Windham and his wife Montana Windham. Margaret had 1 great-grandson Hamill Windham and another great-grandson to be born in early August 2026. She leaves behind a large extended family of cousins, each who are special to her.

Visitation for Margaret will be from 2-4pm Sunday May 17, 2026 East Funeral Home Moores Lane. Funeral services will be held at East Funeral Home Moores Lane on Monday May 18,2026 at 2pm followed by graveside service at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home, Texarkana, Texas.
