Patsy Thorndyke, born on November 12, 1946, passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 79. Mrs. Thorndyke was a resident of Texarkana, Arkansas and was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle.
She was preceded in death by Jerry Paul ‘Booney’ Thorndyke; sons, Christopher Thorndyke and Harry and Jack Thorndyke. Also preceding her in death are her mother and father Mary and Nelson Smith along with two brothers; Vaughn and Nelson Eddie Smith and her very best friend Rosie Smith.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law; Darlene and Joe Young Jr. and son and daughter-in-law; Jerry Paul and Marilyn Thorndyke and her daughter-in-law; Natalie Thorndyke.
Also left to cherish her memory are her 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 at Full Gospel Tabernacle with Rev. Larry Bracknell Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
