Recently, we were invited to tour the new pain management addition to HealthCare Express’s Richmond rd. offices. I was met by their marketing director, Angela Evans, and their adorable mascot, Klondike.
They took my around their beautiful new offices where the the administrative staff is moving into. They even let us slide down the big red spiral slide that you may have seen when driving by.
The new facility has a rehab with a gym and a pool with treadmills.
INTRODUCING DR. KHAN
Board Certfied in Pain Management & Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine MOHAMMED I. KHAN, M.D., will be joining the HealthCARE Express medical team in November 2014. Dr. Khan is currently at Pinnacle Pain Center in Washington State, where he has served as Medical Director.
He grew up in Dallas, Texas and completed his lnterventional Pain Management Fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he served as the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Administrative Chief Resident.
Dr. Khan is double board-certified in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine and Pain Management. He received his doctorate of medicine from Texas Tech University, where he also received several awards.
His special interests in medicine include electrodiagnostic medicine, interventional pain management as well as multimodal treatments for acute and chronic pain conditions. In his free time, Dr. Khan enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with family and his wife, Dr. Asma Shahid, who will be joining the medical team in the summer of 2015.
