Texarkana IT firm Complete Computing Solutions named to 2026 MSP 501 global ranking
A Texarkana-based technology company has earned a spot on one of the managed IT industry’s most closely watched annual rankings.
Complete Computing Solutions, a managed IT services provider headquartered in Texarkana, Texas, has been named to the 2026 MSP 501, a global list that ranks the top-performing managed service providers worldwide. The list, produced by MSP Summit and Channel Partners, is now in its 19th year and is widely regarded within the technology sector as a benchmark for well-run managed service firms.
Unlike rankings based on revenue alone, the MSP 501 scores companies on a mix of financial performance, recurring revenue, profit margins and operational efficiency. Organizers say the 2026 field was one of the most competitive in the survey’s history. Data for the list was collected from MSPs around the world between February and May of this year.
For Complete Computing Solutions, which has operated for more than 22 years, the recognition places a homegrown Texarkana firm alongside IT providers from across the globe.
“Being recognized on the 2026 MSP 501 is an incredible honor and a reflection of the trust our clients place in us every day,” said Mike Smith, president of Complete Computing Solutions. “For more than 22 years, we’ve been committed to helping businesses leverage technology to operate more securely, efficiently, and confidently. When we started, the term ‘managed services’ wasn’t even part of the industry vocabulary.”
Smith said the company has grown alongside its clients as technology has changed, crediting employees, partners and customers for the milestone.
The company provides cybersecurity, cloud services, network management, backup and disaster recovery, help desk support and technology planning to businesses in Arkansas, Texas and beyond. Its stated approach centers on heading off technology problems before they disrupt a client’s operations.
Industry organizers framed the 2026 honorees as setting the pace for the broader sector. “The 2026 MSP 501 winners represent the highest-performing and most innovative IT providers in the industry today,” said Robert DeMarzo, vice president of content for Channel Events.
According to the survey, this year’s listed companies averaged more than $32 million in revenue and roughly 10 percent revenue growth, with recurring revenue accounting for nearly 60 percent of their total.
Honorees will be recognized during the MSP 501 Awards Gala at the MSP Summit, scheduled for Sept. 28–30 in Orlando, Florida.
