A&M-Texarkana baseball sets Military/First Responders Appreciation Night


Texas A&M University-Texarkana baseball will host its annual Military and First Responders Appreciation Night on Tuesday, March 7, at George Dobson Field at Spring Lake Park, Texarkana, Texas.


The Eagles will take on Ouachita Baptist University of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, at 6 p.m. following the presentation of the colors and a moment of silence in honor and recognition of veterans, active-duty military and first responders.


Fans are asked to wear red to remember everyone deployed.


The A&M-Texarkana Student Veterans Association will have an information booth at the game. Local military and first response units will be represented, as well.


Admission is free to all active-duty military, veterans and first responders.
