Lijiah Smith, 44 of Hope, Ark., was killed in a crash on Hwy. 29 bypass in Hope Thursday evening.
According to Arkansas State Police Smith was traveling north on Highway 29 bypass when a Chevy 1500 truck turned in front of him. Smith struck the front of the 1500.
