Hospice of Texarkana’s 17th Annual Jeans & Bling – Rock ‘N Roll set for October 3

TEXARKANA — Get ready to rock for a great cause! Hospice of Texarkana’s 17th Annual Jeans & Bling Rock & Roll fundraiser returns Saturday, October 3, at 7 p.m. at the Texarkana Convention Center. The evening will feature live music, great food, friendly competition and community spirit—all while raising funds to help Hospice of Texarkana provide compassionate care and support to local patients and their families.

Tickets are $100 each and are on sale now at HospiceOfTexarkana.org.

Headlining this year’s event is Satisfaction, the internationally acclaimed Rolling Stones tribute band featuring Texarkana native Chris LeGrand. Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner, silent auction, and one of the evening’s most anticipated traditions, the Celebrity Lip Sync Contest.

Celebrity Lip Sync Contest

This year’s celebrity performers include Rev. Jeff and Kim Gantz, Robert Irwin, and Suki O’Neal, who will face off in a friendly but fierce competition for bragging rights and votes supporting Hospice of Texarkana. Mary Washington, the 2025 Lip Sync Champion, will return for an entertaining encore performance.

The Lip Sync Contest winner will be determined by total audience votes. Votes are $1 each, and voting begins before the event through Hospice of Texarkana’s website. Online voting ends October 2, but guests attending Jeans & Bling on October 3 will have one final opportunity to purchase additional $1 votes in person. All online and event-night votes will be combined to determine the winner. Votes may be cast online at HospiceOfTexarkana.org or by mailing a donation to Hospice of Texarkana, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive, Texarkana, TX 75503.

Rock Your World, Rock Your Room Raffle

The evening will also feature the Rock Your World, Rock Your Room Raffle, with tickets priced at $100 each. Raffle participants will have the chance to win their choice of one of three exciting travel experiences or a Room Makeover sponsored by Four States Furniture. The raffle offers guests another fun way to support Hospice of Texarkana while taking a chance on an incredible prize.

Funds support local hospice care

Funds raised through Jeans & Bling Rock & Roll help Hospice of Texarkana provide quality hospice care and support to approximately 500 patients and their families each year throughout Northeast Texas and Southwest Arkansas. Donations help support the many needs associated with caring for patients and their loved ones, including medications, medical equipment, patient care and grief and bereavement services. Hospice of Texarkana provides care wherever patients need it, including in their homes, nursing facilities and at the organization’s Inpatient Care Center. Community support helps Hospice continue providing these essential services to patients and families, regardless of their ability to pay.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the evening’s Rock & Roll Chic theme. Whether glamorous, sophisticated, edgy or playful, guests are invited to dress with their own take on Rock & Roll style.
