A Texarkana man was shot to death by his former mother in-law today at his place of employment, according to Texarkana, Texas Police.
Police arrested the suspect near Spring Lake Park on Park Road. According to Jones a witness followed the suspect vehicle and called police.
According to Jones the victim was taken to a local Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head.
Witnesses at the scene were able to provide officers with the name and description of the suspect. Officers located the suspect, Anne Fisher, 52, also of Texarkana, Texas, a short time later and took her into custody. Fisher was transported to the Bi-State Criminal Justice Center to be interviewed by detectives. Charges against Fisher are still pending. This investigation is open and ongoing.
