Quick Thinking Teen Filmed Man’s Alleged Sexual Misconduct
TEXARKANA, Texas–A man allegedly filmed exposing and touching himself in a
16-year-old boy’s bedroom is being held in the Bowie County jail with bail
set at $200,000 on a charge of indecency with a child by exposure.
Ernesto Tox Coc, 34, had allegedly been drinking and was intoxicated when
he entered the sleeping teen’s bedroom on Wednesday last week, according to
a probable cause affidavit. The teen allegedly told Toc Coc to leave, but
he refused.
The boy reportedly used a cell phone to record what happened next. Tox Coc
allegedly undid his belt and pants as the boy asked him again to leave. Tox
Coc allegedly tried to grab the boy’s legs and would not leave when asked
again, the affidavit said.
Tox Coc allegedly pulled down his underwear and exposed himself, before
rubbing himself while watching the boy.
Police were called to the house on Wheeler Ave. that night and jail records
show Tox Coc has been in custody since the May 24 call.
Tox Coc faces two to ten years in prison if convicted.
The case has been assigned to 202nd District Judge John Tidwell.
Tox Coc is represented by the Bowie County Public Defender’s Office.
