Priority registration for the spring 2017 semester at Texas A&M University-Texarkana will open Monday, Nov. 7, and continue through Monday, Jan. 16. Students should register according to their classifications as follows:
Graduate Students Nov. 7 to Jan. 16
Seniors (90+ hours) Nov. 7 to Jan. 16
VA/Athletes/Honors Students Nov. 7 to Jan. 16
Juniors (60-89 hours) and Post Baccalaureate Nov. 10 to Jan. 16
Sophomores (30-59 hours) Nov. 14 to Jan. 16
Freshmen (O-29 hours) Nov. 17 to Jan. 16
Current students should visit with their advisors and then register for spring semester classes online through the Web for Students portal. The spring 2017 class schedule is available at http://bit.ly/2e0CkcZ.
Late registration is Jan. 17-19; however, priority registration is recommended for students to maximize availability of classes.
A&M-Texarkana offers more than 40 bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in education, liberal arts, business, health professions, science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
New undergraduate students can find information on admission and apply online at tamut.edu. Students who wish to pursue a graduate degree also should visit the university website for details on Graduate Studies admission.
Students who plan to attend A&M-Texarkana in the spring semester still have time to apply for financial aid and should complete the 2016-17 Free Application for Federal Student Aid online at fafsa.gov.
