Amelia Elaine Petty was born on July 28, 2026, at Christus St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. Though her time on earth was brief, she was deeply loved and will forever remain in the hearts of her family. Amelia passed away on July 28, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Glynda Plunkett; her great-grandmother, Dianne Lemons; and her uncle, Colton Petty.
Left to cherish her precious memory are her loving parents, Jerry Petty and Betty Westberry; her two brothers, Daylen Petty and Anthony Henry; her grandparents, Tim and Beth Petty; her uncles, Timothy Buchannan, Zackary Buchannan, and Rhett Petty; as well as numerous other relatives who will always hold her close in their hearts.
Although Amelia's life was measured in moments rather than years, she brought immeasurable love to those who eagerly awaited and welcomed her. She will always be remembered as a cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, and niece whose memory will be treasured forever.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 3, 2026, at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
