Local Author of New Phantom Killer Book to Appear at Texarkana Public Library

Texarkana, Texas | On Saturday November 22nd from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Texarkana Public Library will host an author signing and reception for James Presley at the Texarkana Public Library to discuss PHANTOM KILLER: Unlocking the Mystery of the Texarkana Serial Murders: The Story of a Town in Terror.

The book will be available for purchase at the event and also available at Pegasus Books and Amazon.

SUMMARY

Set in the rowdy, often lawless town of Texarkana shortly after WWII, The Phantom Killer is the history of the most puzzling unsolved cases in the United States.

AUTHOR

Dr. James Presley, a Texarkana native, received his Ph.D. in medical history from University of Texas at Austin and has been nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
