Bubba’s 33, a family oriented restaurant serving fresh ground burgers, pizza, and beer, is coming to Texarkana, according to a local real estate developer.
The restaurant will be located on Mall Drive where the old Home Zone Furniture building is. The Home Zone building will be demolished to make room for the restaurant.
According to their website Bubba is the founder and CEO. “Founder and CEO, Kent Taylor, earned the nickname “Bubba” over the years thanks to his people-first mentality. “Bubba” is a nickname commonly used in the south to address a brother. As a company that treats its guests and employees like family, the name Bubba has stuck around.”
The 33 is more than a number. “It’s an attitude and a way of life. The end of the Prohibition in 1933 signaled great times ahead. Here at Bubba’s 33, we’re all about the mentality of pairing great food with great times.”
“Bubba’s 33 is in the game of serving food that knocks it out of the park every time. At Bubba’s 33 we stone bake every pizza in-house, grind our burgers and even bake our buns from scratch!”
The restaurant is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017.
