Weekend Events and Festivals 

Come join Bark at the Park at Spring Lake Park/Kylee Sullivan Dog Park (under the pavilion) for Free Rabies Vaccinations and City Registration! Veterinarians will be available for additional services and micro-chipping for a small fee. All cats must remain in carriers.  Box crates will be available upon request.

Pet Costume contest rules: Like, Share (make public), Follow Our Page and comment a picture of your pet in the comments section for a chance to win a prize!  All pictures must be submitted by October 25th by 5:00 pm. The winner will be announced on October 26, 2019 at Bark at the Park and will be posted on our Facebook Page.  Winner must collect prize by Monday, October 28th or they will forfeit the prize. The prize will then go to the 2nd Runner Up.

Downtown at Hopkins, join us on Oct. 26th for a great night celebrating the Halloween season and the new Railyard District! We’ve got great music by Deep Sequence, fire performers, a costume contest at midnight, and themed drink specials all night!
All ages event – – $8 at the door

TRICK OR TREAT! Discovery Place will be throwing a Halloween Party for all the little gobblins of Texarkana! We will have a great time playing games, eating snacks, and having a great and safe time celebrating Halloween. We hope to see everyone in thier spookiest looks.
