City officials urge citizens remain off the roads unless necessary.

According to Texarkana, Texas Public Information Officer Lisa Thompson, the city has closed the northbound lanes of Robison Road at Oaklawn shopping center, 7th at KCS tracks, 40th and Potomac, Potomac and Colorado, Summerhill and Moores, Holly and Honeysuckle. Findley is also closed near Findley park.

According to Thompson, the fire department has already done at least ten flood water rescues tonight.

Reports of multiple intersections without traffic lights. Treat as a four way stop.

Sanderson and broad in Texarkana, Arkansas is reported as flooded. South State Line is flooded just south of the water treatment plant. Dooley Ferry Rd at Hwy. 67 covered in 3 feet of water.

Water reported over highway 82 in multiple locations. Water reported covering Old Redwater Rd.
