UPDATE – A missing Springfield, Missouri woman was found deceased in her vehicle parked at a local business.
On November 24, 2015, at approximately 7 p.m., Texarkana, Texas police officers responded to the Richmond Ranch area concerning the welfare of a woman who had been reported missing in Springfield Missouri on November 23, 2015. After receiving a description of the woman and her vehicle from her family, officers located the vehicle and discovered the body of the deceased woman inside.
Detectives investigating the death learned from her family and police investigators in Springfield that the woman had been withdrawn and distraught in recent weeks. The victim was originally from Texarkana and was familiar with the area. Based upon evidence located during the investigation, investigators believe that no foul play was involved. The investigation is open and ongoing.

Texarkana, Texas Police Officers have established a crime scene in the target parking lot after discovering a dead body in the back of a hatchback car.
Officers responded to Target looking to do a welfare check on an individual after receiving a 9-1-1 call from someone worried about that person.
Shortly after arriving on scene officers advised they had found someone in the trunk and requested LifeNet to respond emergency.
Crime scene units and detectives are now on scene investigating.
