Texarkana Man on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List

The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Kenneth Latham, 47, of Texarkana, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. A cash reward up to $10,000 also is being offered for information leading to his capture.

Latham has a lengthy criminal past, and is wanted for simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and parole violation. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

latham,-kennethLatham’s last known address was in Texarkana, Texas, and he has ties to Miller County. Latham has been known to work as an electrician and in-home maintenance jobs. His criminal history includes assault causing bodily injury, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. Latham is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He has multiple tattoos, including the word “Skidrow” on his abdomen and “Rhonda” on his chest.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. To be eligible for the cash rewards, there are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:

  • Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
  • Text the letters DPS – followed by your tip – to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
  • Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
  • Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).

All calls, texts, e-mails and Facebook messages are anonymous. Do not attempt to apprehend any fugitives as they are considered armed and dangerous.
