In court this week: Child sex abuse cases, fatal DWI crash on Bowie County dockets; infant death case in Miller County

TEXARKANA — Bowie County’s two felony courts return to the Bi-State Justice Building on Monday and Thursday with 150 case settings between them, and on Tuesday a Miller County woman charged with capital murder in the death of an 8-month-old boy is due in circuit court across State Line Avenue.

Here is what is on the dockets for the week of Oct. 19-23, based on docket sheets posted by Bowie County and on Arkansas court records reviewed by TXKtoday. Miller County does not publish a docket, so the Arkansas settings come from judges’ orders in individual case files. Court schedules change often, and settings are routinely continued.
